Author Guidelines

Manuscript Preparation

• Originality: Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
• Format: HTML or Word (.docx) – we will convert to HTML after acceptance.
• Structure: Include title, all authors (with affiliations), structured abstract (max 250 words), 3‑5 keywords, main text, references, and any acknowledgements.
• IMRaD: Original research should follow Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion. Reviews may have flexible structure but must include an abstract and conclusion.
• References: Use Vancouver style (numbered sequentially in the order they appear).
• Ethics: For human/animal studies, include an ethics approval statement and informed consent declaration.

Submission Process

Submit your manuscript via email to kfcwriters@gmail.com with the subject line: Article Submission – GJMR. Attach your manuscript file and a cover letter stating that the work is original and has not been published elsewhere.

Review & Publication Timeline

• Initial check: 2‑3 days
• Peer review: 2‑4 weeks (double‑blind)
• Decision: Minor/major revisions or acceptance/rejection
• Final acceptance to publication: 1 week

Publication Fees & Open Access

There are no submission or article processing charges (APC). All articles are published open access under a CC BY 4.0 license – authors retain copyright.

Compliance & Ethics

Authors must adhere to COPE guidelines. Plagiarism, duplicate submission, or data fabrication will lead to immediate rejection and possible banning from future submissions.
