Aims & Scope

The Global Journal of Medical Research (GJMR) is a peer‑reviewed, open‑access journal dedicated to publishing high‑quality original research, reviews, case reports, and commentaries across all fields of medicine. Our mission is to facilitate rapid dissemination of clinically relevant knowledge to researchers, clinicians, and policymakers worldwide.

We welcome submissions covering, but not limited to:

Open Access & Licensing

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing free access, distribution, and adaptation with proper attribution. There are no subscription fees and no article processing charges (APC).

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts undergo a double‑blind peer review by at least two independent experts. The review process typically takes 2‑4 weeks. Final decisions are made by the editorial board based on reviewer recommendations.

Publication Ethics

The journal follows the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines. We maintain strict policies against plagiarism, data fabrication, and duplicate submission. All authors must confirm that the work is original and has not been published elsewhere.

DOI & Archiving

Each article receives a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) via Crossref (application in progress). We participate in LOCKSS and PKP PN archiving systems to ensure long‑term preservation.

Indexing

We are actively applying for inclusion in Google Scholar, Crossref, DOAJ, PubMed Central, and Scopus.
